As management agents we:

  • Manage the delivery of all monies to your chosen bank account accompanied by a monthly report and invoice.
  • Take responsibility for any ongoing legal safety regulations (e.g. gas safety tests and fire proofing).
  • Arrange a deposit protection service and take responsibility for the related legislation.
  • Are responsible for arranging general repairs / maintenance to be carried out subject to an agreed limit (including structural, cosmetic and appliance repairs).
  • Create an inventory of the property and take responsibility for producing / replacing inventory items subject to an agreed limit (e.g. dining table and chairs).
  • Contact all utility services (telephone excepted) and advise them of the change of occupancy.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and condition inspections to ensure your property is appropriately maintained (followed by a full written report).
  • Will negotiate with your tenant near the end of their lease term and arrange, as directed by you, either a renewed lease agreement or a deposit return.
  • Fetherston Clements is the first point of contact for your tenant(s) and is fully prepared to deal with any tenant/property matters on your behalf.
